How do I adjujstg the resolution of scans on my HP 9015?

From the HP Officejet Pro 9010 software select Scan and then click on Scan a Document or Photo.

Click the More > option and then set the resolution under the Image tab.

 

Note: to achieve higher resolutions than 300 DPI change the Source from Automatic Document Feeder (If Loaded) to Flatbed Glass.
