Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi to all,

Since a recent upgrade of Win10, scanning (via Wifi net work) is no longer possible using HP Scan & Capture and other HP applications. Printing still functions normally.

Print & Scan Doctor brought no effective solution neither disinstall and reinstall latest HP software.

But operation remained normal with another PC running Linux (Ubuntu 16.04) on the same Wifi network.

This makes me think that the trouble is an incompatibility between HP Software and Windows 10  (1709 - 16299-371).

HP software mentions "Le périphérique d'imagerie HP est introuvable".

After many tests, I found a way to scan :

a) click "Network" on left column of explorer

b) click HPCE8452 (UPnP)

c) this opens a window on the browser (Chrome in my case) :  Photosmart Prem C310 series Embedded Web Server

d) scanning is then possible using webscan.

Of course this is a regression for the user and I hope you could deliver a driver upgrade solving the trouble.

Kindly yours
