OK, so here's what I was told after calling the Printer Support:
They are working with a skeletal crew and the eprint dept. & ICloud Dept are closed, however, this case is being escalated so they take a look at it right away. It seems the files our printers are sending are corrupt. The fact that it now sends from the hp8.us address is very concerning.
I got a Case# and they have all my contact info, including looking at this chain on the Community posts. I'm hoping to get a call or email soon to try to resolve this. It is a problem with the apps, which is the ICloud/Eprint center depts.

Yes! I tried it too! It came thru as a PDF and I could open it fine! I haven't heard back from anyone at HP yet, but obviously they have been looking at the problem. It still comes from the weird address, but it's working at least!
I will post on here if I hear anything from HP as to what the problem was and if the new address HP8.us is safe to continue to use.
