HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

for no reason at all, scan to email does not work on my HP Officejet Pro 8610 anymore. It worked normally before I moved my office into another room. The only thing I have done is that I unplugged it from the socket and plugged it back in, in the other room. Now whenever I try to send a Test Scan using the HP Embedded Web Server I get this error message "A problem occurred during the test. Click "Edit" to check your settings, and then try again. For more information, visit www.hp.com/support."

Here is what I have entered:

Email Address: [edit]

Display Name:  myName

Security PIN: edit

Confirm Security PIN: edit

SMTP Server: edit

SMTP Port: 465

(Checked) Always use secure connection (SSL/TLS)

Maximum Size of Email: Auto

Email log-in authentication

User ID: edit

Password: edit

(Checked) Include sender in all email messages sent out successfully from the printer.

Please help me!

Thanks!
