To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following-

 

Did you make any changes to the printer recently?

What happens when you print a test page? Here is how you do it-

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon 

  3. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Reports.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Status Report.

Refer to the document Printing Self-Test Pages for help.

 

Share the test report and also the printed document sample for further assistance.
