Scanned documents have streaks down the middle
06-06-2019 03:22 PM
Product: OfficeJet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
When I scan documents, the PDF and JPEG files have streaks or lines in middle of saved document. How do I fix this?

Does this happen with scans from ADF and scans from the flatbed? If yes, then you probably have contamination in the scanner head. If lines only from ADF then you need to clean the ADF glass, which is the smaller glass on the left side of the top.
