I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 printer that was working great and scanning beautifully as recently as Friday. However, today I click the button to san - Scan to email and I get the following message:
"There was an internal processing error. Please retry or manually check the firmware updates".
I have already reset the printer by unplugging it while on, unplugging from the wall, waiting 60 sec, replugging everything back in, and it is giving the same error. How do I fix this issue with firmware updates? How do you manually check the firmware updates? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
