HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting message "Scanner communication cannot be established."  Running Windows 10 & new laserjet pro HP MFP M477fdn.

Just upgraded printer as advised by HP representative to be compatible with Windows 10 and would allow me to be able to use scanning feature.  Printer works, scanner doesn't!  Tried suggestions to uninstalled and reinstalled new drivers....ran the HP Scan & Print Doctor...not getting anywhere!  FYI this is an ethernet connection.
