I cannot scan. I get a notice that my scanner is not connected to the PC. However, when I check the internet connection on the HP Printer /Scanner Both the PC and Printer are connected to the same wireless network. I used the HP Printer Scanner Doctor and the diagnostic was good for the printer but reported that the scanner was not recognized.
