Scanner issues

HP Deskjet 3755
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I scan either to the computer or directly from scanner it all shows up solid black, Can anyone explain I've been on websites scanner issue fixing on HP nothing working but short of getting rid of it and buy another.
