My scanner was working fine this morning.  Suddenly it won't scan a multiple page document and I can't click on multiple pages to delete.  In addition, the document is so big that it's too big to email on my server.  I've turned everything on and off, at the same time etc. but nothing helps.  

 

Would appreciate any ideas and help.  Thanks.
