Product: samsung C1860FW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm a newbie and not too technically minded.

My Samsung Multifunction Printer (Model No. C1860FW), is currently not letting me scan any documents.

The WIFI had somehow turned off so I restarted the printer and that came back, but now when I try to scan using the EDC WIZARD, I get the following message: 

 

Cant create an open file:

The system cannot find the file specified

 

Please help......in basic English with step by step instructions if you would !
