Hello trying to figure out when scanning any documents (mostly just text with white backgrounds) manually, sending as pdfs via email the documents when opened on computer have a shaded, grey look instead of how the white based document looks?  Do I have a preference setup wrong on my computer or somewhere else?

Hello i tried those things.  Made a copy fine.  Just when we scan and send via email to our Surface Pro the scan copy looks like a light brownish color not white background like normal paper.  Maybe a setting in the Surface Pro w the app for HP?
