My newly-installed HP Envy 5032 gives the following message when I press the Scan button on its screen: "Visit 123.hp.com to get the HP Smart app or other HP scanning software for your computer". I visited the site and re-installed the software, but the problem persists. Grateful for any help.

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
