Not so fast, HP! You said back in Janaury that this problem had been solved. I JUST upgraded to Catalina, and now my Macbook Pro will not communicate with my scanner. Yes, I've had the scanner for a while -- but it WORKS GREAT! Incidentally, this is the second time that I've had trouble getting a driver or software to make the scanner work -- same thing happened the last time I upgraded my laptop.
What gives? Surely HP can keep up on all the latest OS updates and update drivers accordingly! I know you're in the business of selling more machines, but all this does is aggravate those of us who have purchased hardware from you in the past — and will drive us to look elsewhere in the future!
PLEASE tell me what I can do to make my scanner talk to my laptop again. Thank you.
