How do I scan a 8x14 document? When I use the top to load the document (not the glass) it cuts the bottom of the document off when scanned.

This number belongs to a scam account. Please, never call any numbers provided to you on this platform if it is not given by an HP representative. Be sure to check your computer for a virus that these scammers may or may not have installed on your cpu in order to charge to have it removed.
