OfficeJet Pro 9010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I just set up my OfficeJet Pro 9010 all in one device. When I tested the scan and copy functions the paper scans and docs I copied came out with a 1 inch wide bar on the right side of the page consisting of many very thin colored lines. Does not happen when I print, just when I scan and copy. Can you help?

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
