Product: stand alone fax machine- no PC involved

Have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw and it fails to send fax after entering other fax's number. Goes back to menu and asks for "enter fax no."...over,over again!!

Hi,

Please click the Setup icon and select Self Diagnostics.

 

Click on Run Fax Test and a report will be printed,

 

Please include a picture of the report, if it lists any personal information such as the Phone Number, please remove any such information before posting publicly.
