I goto 123.hp.com to get hp smart app. I get an error your device is not compatible with this version. My android version is 5.1.

Can you go to the Android "Play Store" on your phone to download the HP Smart to use with your printer?

 

An example on how to download and install the HP Smart can be found here.

 

After that, this resource will show you how to scan multiple pages.

That does not help. Playstore says ' your device is not compatible with this version'. What is the problem? Is it an app or OS version or mobile device

Hi @Pra2 

 

Think the Android version is too old, hence it's not supported.

Try to use a Smart phone with newer Android (e.g. version 8 or later) .
