Need help to print again. Message says, :Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instank Ink." We have never used the Instank Ink program. Not sure why this popped up. Tried turning off and removing cartridges with no success. Any ideas?

1) Can you send us a picture of the ink cartridges installed in the printer?
2) Where did you buy the inks from?
