hp Officejet Pro 8025
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I'm using a Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6   I installed a new hp Officejet Pro 8025, and somehow the admin locked all my selection capabilities.  I am not longer able to select anything.  I have tried downloading and re-installing the software, turning on, off, and unplugging, etc. without success.  I was unable to do a hard/factory reset.  Very frustrating!  Please advise.

@Jancie1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
