when sombody in my company wants to scan he must go through every possible of combination of "scan for" option.
exaple. on printer I choose scan. a list will show:
scan for print: PC01.company.local
scan for emal: PC01.company.local
scan for fax: PC01.company.local
scan for OCR: PC01.company.local
scan for print: PC02.company.local
is there a solution for showing just: PC01,PC02,PC03 and it will mean to scan into folder?

PC01 seems to be the name of the PC you are using and PC01.company.local seems to be the path where the scanned documents are being stored.
Under PC01, you have different options available as to where you want to scan to.
If you are getting too many instances of the computer on the printer screen, only performing a factory reset will remove all the entries on the printer screen. Then, re-configure the settings on the printer and enable scan to computer.
Refer to page 40 of this user guide to know how to scan from the printer control panel to the computer.
