I use webscan for one year now. Always worked good. Since one week I can't use the webcan anymore.  When I start a scan, the printer scan my document and while sending to online I get the message "scan canceled"

 

I use an HP officeJet Pro 8730 with an Acer Chromebook CB3-431

 

I already set the printer back to the original intallation, and I have the latest update on my Chromebook.

 

Please help me.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues scanning from your Chromebook.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked your link, this is a manual how to scan. I already use it like this.

 

Sadly it doesn't work anymore.

Try setting it up again and then scan.
