Printer will not scan document to computer, message comes up, Server Connection Error. I retried various times, but it still will not work. Please help.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you trying to scan to email or computer?
  • Are you able to print and scan from the computer?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
