Product: Laserjet 1136MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am using LaerJet 1136MFP for last two years and it was working properly, for 2-3 days When I tried to scan or photocopy a document, i recieved a blank page although whenever gave a command to print it printed properly. So, my question is that why does it give blank page whenever i try to photocopy or scan my documents.
