The problem of my scanner was it gave a black vertical line after each scan.

I tried to clean up the scan strips, but that doesn't work for me.
I decided to buy a new scan stroke, but I can't find a shop.

Does anybody know a shop where I can find my CIS scanner strip DL520-01UHF-A ??

That will be close to impossible because HP doesn't sell that part separately. You can try eBay, Amazon and Chinese sites that are selling electronic spare parts.
