Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just bought a new PC and updated from windows 7 to windows 10. At first, my existing wireless copier was still working, but I couldn't get the scanner to work. I downloaded the drivers off of the internet, but now it's asking for a claim code to finish the process. Now neither my printer or my scanner will work from my new computer. My printer still works if I print things from my phone, though.  Please help!

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are looking for a "Claim Code".

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

We need to enable the Web-Services on the printer to print the "Claim Code". Let's try these steps -

1. From the printer control panel, press the ePrint button.

2. Accept the Terms of Use, and then follow the on-screen instructions to enable Web Services.

3. Print the ePrint information page, and then follow the instructions on the page to sign up for an HP ePrint account.

If you need more details, please refer to this document.

Let me know how that goes.
