Operating System: iOS

Printer will not scan with the printer touch screen or with the HP app on the iPhone, prints just fine through the app but I need to scan and convert to pdf. This is the only reason I bought this unit was to scan and convert to pdf and it won’t do it! Help would be appreciated

What happens when you try scanning from the HP Smart app? what exact behavior is shown?

Scanning from the printer can only be done to a computer, not to mobile devices
