Hi ive been attemping to set up scan to computer again after it stopped working yesterday. I have downloaded the full software again as I saw this suggested to someone else on the forum. This hasnt worked and when I click enable scan to computer there is an error message saying that this is unavailable and that the computer cannot connect to the device but it is still printing fine from my computer.

 

It has completely wiped all of the computers off the system that it used to be able to scan to and wont let me set it up again.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following-

 

What is the Operating System installed on your computer?

How is the printer connected to the computer?

Is there any antivirus/security software installed on the computer?
