I just bought the all in one officejet 6978, for work i need to be able to scan certain things 200x200 is that possible with this unit?

From which device are you trying to scan?

You may check the Scanning specifications for HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 Printers here.

 

To know how to scan from a windows PC, refer to this document.

 

To know how to change the scan settings, refer to step 5 in this document.
