Normally, there is a Terms of Service document to help - at the moment that document appears to be unavailable.

@Ela11, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As of now, there is no charge involved for this feature and a cancel option is not yet available as it is free.

HP will inform users of available paid service plans 30-days prior to the end of the free trial period expiring sometime in the first half of 2021, at which point users will be required to provide a form of payment if they want to continue to use the Mobile Fax service.

As listed by the terms of service, any prices information will be provided till the end of the trial period, any payment information will only be required then, with your confirmation for the price:

Prior to the Free Fax Service Trial period expiring, You will be given an opportunity to enroll in a Service Plan and be asked to provide credit card information. HP will charge your credit card for Your Service Plan. You will receive notice of Your enrollment into a Service Plan at the email address and/or telephone number listed in your Settings page in your Fax Service Account. You can always go to Your Dashboard to change or cancel the Service Plan.

If You do not choose a Service Plan by the end of the Free Fax Service Trial period, Your Fax Service will terminate.

Just like the many other users who have already posted the same question, I too have been looking for how to cancel the trial subscription to Mobile Fax and  it is impossible to find an answer or contact support about this.

I DO NOT want to be charged as the service is useless to me.

Can anyone please indicate how to accomplish this simple task?

I've already entered my credit card information.

I am in the same position: impossible to find a way to cancel this and already wasted way too much time. Extremely annoyed. Let this post be evidence of my attempts to cancel for when I dispute any charges with my credit card, since there is no way to contact HP customer support at all.
