continuously asks for user name and password.  I've tried Windows PW to no avail.

Hi,

The officejet Pro 7740 printer does not provide any direct digital filing capabilities to a shared folder.

 

What exact steps are you taking and what would you like to achieve?

i AM ATTEMPTING TO SET UP SCAN-TO FOLDERS AND WHEN I GO TO EWS IT ASKS FOR USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR ADMIN AND I AM ACTUALLY THE ADMIN FOR MY COMPUTER BUT IT WON'T ACCEPT ANY USER NAME NOR PASSWORD.
