I have a fax # through Nextiva that allows us to send a fax via their website. No phone needed. Is there a way to have the printer fax using that platform?

No,

The printer supports analog faxing by connecting the printer to a phone line, its hardware will not be able to send any fax through an online service as you want.

 

You may use the 3rd party service to fax via their website, not via the printer itself.

Also, HP offers a similar feature, HP Mobile Fax, but this is from the HP Smart app only, not from the printer itself.

 

The bottom line, without connecting the printer hardware to an actual phone line, the hardware has nothing much to do with any cloud faxing service.
