I have a HP office jet 3833, new cartridges are showing as incompatible, I've tried all the suggestions e.g turning off, cleaning the heads etc. Now if I put the original ones back they all say incompatible. What seems impossible is to find out how you initiate a repair, I got no reply to my whatsapp messages, it only has 14 days left in warranty,
any idea how I initiate a claim? thanks

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
