We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The mail client is IBM notes 9.0.1FP10. OS is Windows 7 Pro 64 and "sent to mail recipient" works fine.  Still, when scanning HP Scan says - "the hp scan application cannot find an email application installed on the computer". I've checked that default Mailto is set to IBM Notes.

 

Any ideas appreciated!

Hi,

If you right-click any file on your computer and select Send To > Mail Recipient, does it open a new IBM Notes mail message with the file attached, or may it show any other behavior?
