We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

i just bought laserjet pro mfp 126nw and tried the copy function, 15 copies. two problems faced

 

1. some moisure accumulated in the edge of the cover. is it normal?

2. twice i faced jamming problem.

The laser printer uses heat and pressure to place the toner on to the page. If there is moiture in the paper and mositure in the air - the printer may produce steam in the process of printing.

 

If printing a number of pages this can be more evident.

For the paper jamming - try using a fresh ream of paper that has been stored to the paper manufactures recommendations.

 

If the paper has excess mosture built up in the paper itself - this may be causing he jamming as well.
