To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Is the copy working fine?

Is the regular scanning working fine?

Can you print from the computer?

Could you please help me with the operating system of the computer?

Do you see any error?

How is the printer connected? (Wireless or USB)

im just letting you know I have had my hp office jet 4652 for 14 months, thats 2 months past warrenty and now it wont scan. I could not get any help from hp so I will never buy a hp ever again!!!
