Are you referring to card information? Where do you want to update the information?

 

Is your printer enrolled in Instant Ink? If yes, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

my printer hasn't printed in 2 days, ever since I got a survey about it, kind of fishy. I've had it for over 2 years and it has always restarted when I power it off and back on. I have even unplugged it and my router a few times, cannot get it printing. Please help
