this is an odd question. I emailed EPSON, now I am trying you. anything on the monitor is in proper color. anything I with to print from the desktop is sent to the print preview screen as normal but ALL color is lost while in that screen. not only is the image b/w but it also prints in b/w. the test page prints in color and it copies in color. I have no idea where the issue might lie. please I need a direct, complete, accurate solution.

Hi,

I would assume there is any driver problem with your printer, preventing to print in color or to show color in Preview.

 

As this is an Epson printer, I suggest to check with them what option are available, they are familiar with their products.

 

It can be due to incompatibility with your OS, missing drivers or many other causes, your printer manufacturer is more familiar with its device capabilities and compatibility.
