Hi,

the printer does not offer any such capabilities as Fax To Mail, as it is not supported it is not there.

 

The printer only supports Fax to PC form the HP Software to receive incoming faxes to a folder on a computer connected to the same network or with a direct USB connection, see page 64 of its manual:
