Hello,

My name is hyisuk and I cannot find a service center for my HP printer in Stockholm.

I changed the cartridge as it gave the signal blinking the check ink so I did change it to new one but it still bliks and would not print out. Could you please give me some advice how to fix it or find the service center for mine?

Sincerely,

@MY55KCD090, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you using a HP PSC 1317 All-in-One Printer?

Have you tried reinstalling the ink cartridges?

Make sure the protective plastic tape is removed before placing the ink cartridges in the printer.

If the ink cartridge light is blinking, the cartridge access door is open, or a problem exists with the cartridges.

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

Refer to the troubleshooting steps mentioned under 'The Check Print Cartridge light blinks' in this document.

Let me know how this goes.
