I have been using webscan for a while. But today I connected and the Scan option is no longer available. I do have webscan enabled in the security settings. I have the latest firmware according to the EWS page.
UPDATE: This is really weird. It works in a chrome browser from my windows machine, but not in a chrome browser on my chromebook. Makes no sense at all.
