I have a Officejet 6600 printer, after latest firmware upgrade (2018) I get often errors in upload scanned file to google drive. I get error "processing error. try again or manually update the firmware"

I already disabled and reenabled HP Apps on printer many times but problem is still present.

I didn't change WiFi network nor printer position.

Problem appears both with single page document and with multi page.

Please is there a solution?

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

my problem isn't with a device, but it's only with the printer. The printer is unable to upload documents to gdrive

Are you trying to scan to subfolders in google drive?

 

What is the error you receive when you try and scan to google drive?
