scannen nicht möglich, Error5, Druckköpfe reinigen, HP ENVY6022

vor einem einen HP ENVY6022 gesehen, drucken geht, kopieren geht, scannen geht nicht, Druckkopfreinigung geht nicht.

zeigt mir Fehler 5 an, Scanfehler, ich soll warten. habe nun seit 5 Stunden alles gehört und wenn ich hier keine Hilfe finde, dann kommt er zurück.

ich habe nun schon meine ganze Seiten in der Testphase verschrieben und Tinte wurde auch sinnlos verdruckt.

ich bin echt stinksauer und gehört gerne wissen wo denn nun das Problem liegt?
