No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution: 

Do you mean you've scanned to email and you want to know where it is stored on your PC?
Or is it that you need information on how to scan to email?

 

The answer to your first question, you need to check the sent email or outbox to obtain the data of the emails you've sent so far and the same depends on the program you are using to send out emails.
