cm1017mfp unable to get the scan function up and running
CM1017MFP (Product# CB395A - firmware version 20120927 ) connected via USB to HPZ230 running Windows10 pro up-to-date; installed driver : HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 (64-bit) version : 18.104.22.16896.
Unable to scan.
- From the printer console, error message : "not set up on PC"
- From Microsoft Scan : No scanner installed
Using HP Doctor, a message : get the INSTALLER bur the link is broken, landing on a Error Page.
The procedure "turn on / off ", plug the USB cable has been run to no avail
Search for a "HP Solution Center" from the good old WinXP time or some more recent equivalent but could not find anything on the HP site. Tried HPEasyStart no success
