The general way to do a factory restore on an HP PC is using something known as HP Recovery Media.
Unfortunately, there is no HP Recovery Media linked to the HP Product Page for your PC. HP no long stocks recovery media for the older PCs.
In that case, here a couple of other sites you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
If, on the other hand, all you want to do is reset the password and use the PC as it exists currently ... if you Google for Trinity Rescue Kit, you will be lead to a site where you can download an image file from which you can burn a CD.
If you get a lot of results, then go to the MajorGeeks site -- that is trustworthy.
Once you have made the boot media, boot your PC and use the option to blank the password.
After that, you should be able to login to the PC -- and then, set a new password.
Good Luck
