I want to download a file in the history list when I click on it nothing happens. Only the "delete" tab is highlighted in the history list box.

RacerGuy,

Welcome to the HP Forum!

Where are you seeing the "History list"?

On your computer's file system?  Where?

In a browser?  Website?

In a backup program?

I am looged into  the HP Connected website looking at my "collections" I check the box next to a file I want to download but the menu at the top only highlights the "delete" and not any of the others like share, print, preview or download. What is the purpose of saving files in my collection if I can't do anything with them?

RG,

My interpretation of your question and my answer:

Inquiry: I would like to download a print job / file from my ePrint Print History

File / Job Location: HP Connected > Collections > Print History

Reference:

Learn About Collections > Print History in HP Connected

NOTE:

If the print job was sent by an authorized user in your Allowed Senders list, you can see a record of it in the print history but cannot take any actions other than delete the print job.
