Im just posting this to save the agony i went through trying to find correct windows 7 64 Bit drivers. hopefully this will save many people time since alot of people downgrade from windows 8 to windows 7. This is how i got Windows 7 installed on the HP Pavilion 15 15-E028US 15-E1X73UA E1X73UA / E028US notebook / laptop .
I installed the following drivers in the FOLLOWING ORDER: i only reason i would install in the following ordre is because i had problems installing the USB 3.0 drivers, but if you install in this order the USB 3.0 drivers should install fine.
NOTE: i tried this with the 64 bit version of win7 and it worked fine, i didnt have time to try with 32 bit win7.
1) AMD CHIPSET DRIVERS
2) AMD Catalyst Notebook Display Driver ( Radeon HD 8450G )
3) ETHERNET CONTROLLER - Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver
4) NETWORK CONTROLLER - Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Driver
5) PCI DEVICE - Realtek PCIe Media Card Reader Driver
6) UKNOWN DEVICE - HP 3D DriveGuard Software
REBOOT YOUR MACHINE AT THIS POINT before installing the USB drivers below
7) AND FINALLY THE USB CONTOLLER AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (just put checkmarks next to the USB drivers (32bit & 64bit)
This below is just for reference of my Device ID for the USB HOST CONTROLLER

Thanks for all that information, it was a great help when I upgraded my friends laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 7. Hoever, I did encounter a problem that I shall mention here just in case others come up against the same brick wall. After following your download links and installing all the drivers, I couldn't get the wifi adapter to work. Device Manager was showing an exclamation mark against the Network Adapter but I couldn't find the correct drivers for it, believe me I tried quite a few but to no avail. So I removed the cover underneath the laptop and found that the adapter was a Atheros AR 58125. So I downloaded the drivers for that but they didn't work either. After wasting several hours trying to discover what the problem was I discovered a very useful tool called "Unknown Device Identifier". I downloaded it for free, installed it and it highlighted the Network Adapter as a Atheros AR9485. So with fingers crossed I downloaded that driver, installed it and hey presto! my problem was solved. So thanks to you XeoNoX and also thanks to "Unknown Device Identifier"

Some of your links do not work, They comeback with an error "Download Not Complete"
and when clicking the main page to select your options for DL they are unclear as to which options to choose.
Can you provide a tutorial as to which options to select or create a zip file with all the correct drivers?
