HP RGS Activation Failed

Hello,

I'm running RGS 7.1 Sender on HP Z-Workstation. When I start RGS connection on my receiver Notebook I get "Advanced Features Activation Failed" message. I have tried the anonymous Proxy IP that is in the manual but it doesn't work. Please can anyone tell me to solve this problem.

Best Regards,

Sebastian

HP RGS Activation Failed

For a time the activation server was moved.  I would install the latest version of HP RGS (which has the updated IP Address) and try again (RGS 7.2.3). And if you use a proxy be sure you set that up correctly in the HP RGS settings.
